Panathinaikos was defeated 75-84 in Game 3 of the Euroleague Playoffs and bowed out of the competition. Laboral, who swept the series 3-0, will go to the Euroleague Final-4 for the first time in their history. This is a bitter end for the Euroleague legend Dimitris Diamantidis who is retiring at the end of the season.

Panathinaikos found themselves behind by double digits by the second quarter. In the third quarter, the home side was able to get back into the game with Diamantidis scoring important points. However, Adams led the visitors in the fourth giving his club the victory and ticket to the Euroleague Final-4.

An unfortunate end for the legend Dimitris Diamantidis who finished the night with 7 assists and 8 points. He is 6th in the all-time Euroleague scorer’s rank and only 1 point behind 5th placed Batist. Raduljica scored 13 points while Gist and Williams finished with 11 points for the "Greens". Adams, who finished Panathinaikos in the 4th quarter, ended with 24 points, 18 of them in the final 10 minutes.
