The draw for the Greek Football Cup quarterfinals did not produce a derby on Friday with the possibility of a “big 4” showdown in the semi-finals well on the cards.

It could be a “big 4” showdown in the Greek Cup semifinals as Olympiacos, Panathinaikos, AEK, and PAOk each avoided each other in the quarterfinal draw on Friday. Out of the “big four”, PAOK is the only team to have officially secured their place in the quarterfinals of the competition after defeating Panetolikos 6-1 on aggregate. Asteras Tripolis has also joined PAOK in the next round with their 3-0 aggregate win over Trikala.

Both Panathinaikos and AEK were victorious in their first leg matches while Olympiacos and Aris drew 1-1 in Thessaloniki in their first of two matches.

The first leg matches of the quarterfinals will take place on February 7-9 and the return legs will be held on February 28th and March 1-2. Below are the full results of Friday’s draw...
