AEK BC sign Chrysikopoulos until 2022

AEK Basketball Club confirmed the signing of a three-year contract with Linos Chrysikopoulos.

On Saturday, AEK released this following statement:

“Linos Chrysikopoulos arrived in Athens yesterday evening, before signing a contract today (24/08) with the Vasilissa until the summer of 2022.”

Chrysikopoulos joins AEK after leaving financially-stricken PAOK BC. In the 2018/2019 campaign, the highly-rated forward made 28 Basket League appearances for the Dikefalos tou Vorra, averaging 9.1 points and three rebounds.

Alongside PAOK, the 26-year-old has also previously played for Aris, Pallacanestro Biella, KAOD and Kifisia. Chrysikopoulos has played in matches for the Greek national team.

He will be aiming to help AEK perform well in the Basket League, Greek Cup and the Basketball Champions League.
