AEK confirm arrival of Tunisian defender Hnid

AEK have signed a four-year contract with promising Tunisian defender Nassim Hnid, the club confirmed on Thursday.

This following statement was released by the organisation:

“AEK FC announces the arrival of Tunisian defender Nassim Hnid in the form of a transfer from CS Sfaxien. The 23-year-old footballer has signed a four-year contract with our team.”

Transfermarkt has stated that AEK paid CS Sfaxien a grand total of 600,000 euros in order to sign Hnid on a permanent basis. The talented centre-back had impressed the AEK management with his solid performances in his native Tunisia.

Hnid has made two appearances for the senior Tunisian national team.

During the 2019/2020 campaign, the commanding defender participated in 17 matches for CS Sfaxien across all competitions. He had been on the organisation’s books since 2015.
