AEK have been paired with Spanish side UCAM Murcia in the semifinals of the FIBA Champions League following the draw for the Final Four in Athens on Thursday night.
AEK, who in some way host the Final Four after Athens was granted hosting privileges, will hope to use the home crowd to overcome Murcia as AEK target their first triumph in the competition.
In the other semifinal, MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg were paired with Monaco in an all central-European battle featuring the group winners from Group A and Group B.
The Final Four tips-off on 4 May with the two semifinal fixtures at 18:30 GR and 21:30 GR respectively, before focus shifts to the consolation final and championship final on 6 May.
All games will be hosted at AEK’s home venue, the OAKA Olympic Indoor Hall.
