APOLLON SMYRNIS 1-1 DOXA DRAMA

Coming into this game, Apollon Smyrnis boasted a perfect record with three wins in three matches, but Doxa Drama defied the odds to tally a 1-1 draw at the Georgios Kamaras Stadium in Rizoupoli.

Doxa took the lead in the first half as Tasos Kritikos found the net. Apollon equalised with 13 minutes as Manolis Patralis scored, but in the second half, Juan Larrea was shown a second yellow card and they were forced to play to a draw.

Apollon Smyrnis sit in first place of the table with 10 points from four games. Doxa are sixth with five points to their name.

APOLLON PONTOU 0-2 PLATANIAS

The Cretans, who came within one minute of earning promotion to the Super League last season, mean business this time around and gained a routine 2-0 win at Apollon Pontou. Their opponents are yet to either score a goal or register a point in the current campaign.

Two first-half goals from Francisco Nili and Giannis Loukinas were enough to earn the three points.

Due to Apollon Smyrnis dropping points, Platanias move up to joint first position of the table, while Apollon Pontou are rock bottom.

APOLLON LARISSA 1-1 PANACHAIKI

Penalties, red cards, drama...this game had the lot. With both teams holding promotion hopes, it was always going to be a closely contested encounter, and Panathinaikos loanee Mark Sifneos converted a spot-kick in the first half to give Apollon Larissa the lead.

Savvas Siatravanis then scored a penalty of his own in the 84th minute to salvage a draw for Panachaiki. Moments before the penalty was taken, Marios Kostoulas was sent off for the home team, and Konstantinos Chatzis also received a red card in the closing minutes. Apollon Larissa - down to nine men - did hold on for the point.

Apollon Larissa are seventh, while Panachaiki occupy third place of the table.

AE KARAISKAKIS 1-1 LEVADIAKOS

Levadiakos just cannot build up any momentum. On the previous matchday, they had beaten AOK Kerkyra for their maiden win of the league season, but they could only follow that up with a hard-fought 1-1 draw at Karaiskakis.

Fotis Ioannidis broke the deadlock for Levadiakos in the third minute, but Zisis Chatzistravos soon equalised for Karaiskakis. In injury time, Levadiakos midfielder Dimitris Macheras was sent off, but there wasn’t enough time for Karaiskakis to take advantage.

Levadiakos are in ninth position after four rounds. Karaiskakis are in fourth.
