Ayoub, 25, is currently on the books of Feyenoord in the Netherlands, but he has struggled for any game time whatsoever this season. So far, the central midfielder has only participated in three Eredivisie matches and two games in the UEFA Europa League, failing to tally any goals or assists. Reports have suggested that he has reached an agreement with Feyenoord to cancel his contract.

The Moroccan is now set to pen a 3.5 year deal with Panathinaikos as a free agent. These following pictures showed him arriving at Athens International Airport:

The midfielder will undergo his medical tests with Panathinaikos before the club officially unveil his signing.

Ayoub joined Feyenoord from Utrecht in the summer of 2018.

ATHANASAKOPOULOS TO STAY UNTIL 2023

Andreas Athanasakopoulos, a talented 18-year-old attacking midfielder, has reportedly agreed to extend his Panathinaikos contract through to 2023.

His current deal with the Athenians is due to expire after the 2019/2020 campaign reaches its conclusion, with Olympiacos eager to make a move. However, if several media reports are to be believed, Athanasakopoulos has verbally agreed to prolong his Panathinaikos contract for another three years. In the current season, he has played in 19 U19 Super League matches, scoring three goals.
