El-Arabi gets FIFA 20 TOTW nod after impressive week

Olympiacos forward Nabil El-Arabi has been named to the FIFA 20 Team of the Week after scoring vital goals for his side in back-to-back contests last week.

Youssef El-Arabi’s big week of goals in the Champions League and in the Super League got a little bit sweeter after the Moroccan forward was named to the latest FIFA 20 Team of the Week.

El-Arabi scored the vital goal to hand Olympiacos a 1-0 win over Red Star Belgrade in the Champions League and with that a spot in the UEFA Europa League Round of 32.

Ending the club’s long losing skid in the Champions League was just the beginning for the 32-year-old after he also found the back of the net (twice!) in a 5-0 win over Asteras Tripolis.

El-Arabi received a commemorative player card in the FIFA 20 game mode FIFA Ultimate Team which improves his overall rating from 77 to 81, making the Olympiacos striker the joint top-ranked player from the Super League alongside AEK’s Petros Mantalos.

Other notable players named to the latest FIFA 20 Team of the Week include Manchester City’s Kevin de Bruyne, Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah, and Bayern Munich maestro Philippe Coutinho.
