AEK are ready to make their maiden transfer of the summer. According to several reliable sources, the Kitrinomavri have reached an agreement with Enobakhare, a 22-year-old Nigerian forward. Enobakhare is available to sign on a free transfer after he departed Wolves on May 14.

The striker will pen a three-year deal with AEK. On Thursday, Enobakhare will make the journey to Greece in order to formally sign the paperwork, flying to Athens with a stopover in Germany as a consequence of coronavirus-linked travel restrictions.

Both Massimo Carrera and Dimitris Melissanidis were equally as eager to secure the services of Enobakhare. It’s worth noting that the player has Nigerian and English citizenship.

Enobakhare signed for Wolves ahead of the 2015/2016 season. During his debut campaign for the English outfit, the forward participated in 19 senior games across all competitions, scoring two goals. He was subsequently sent out on loan to Kilmarnock, Coventry City and Wigan Athletic, failing to convince the Wolves management of his capabilities. Enobakhare eventually left Wolves in May.
