Giannis continues to make history in the NBA

Giannis Antetokounmpo is alone on the list of players to reach a very special milestone before his 25th birthday last Friday.

As the Greek Freak rang in his birthday on Friday with a blowout win over one of the NBA title favourites the Los Angeles Clippers, the Milwaukee Bucks Twitter account confirmed that Giannis Antetokounmpo has made some impressive birthday prior to turning 25 years old.

The Bucks tweeted out a video of Antetokounmpo in warmups with a message confirming that the Greek international is the first player in NBA history to amass reach 9,000+ points, 4,000+ rebounds, and 2,000+ assists before turning 25.

Having entered the NBA as a 19-year-old, Antetokounmpo has played in 488 games thus far in his career with a total of 9,454 points, 4,146 rebounds, and 2,046 assists.

The Milwaukee Bucks currently sit atop the NBA standings with a 20-3 record as Antetokounmpo averages a career-high 30.8 points and 13.1 rebounds through the first quarter of the season.
