Goumas announces Ethniki Neon roster for upcoming Euro qualifiers
Giannis Goumas announced the 20-man roster for the Ethniki Neon’s upcoming Euro 2019 qualifiers.
Greece U19 will matchup against, Romania, Gibraltar, and Bulgaria for the first stage of Euro qualifying which will take place in Bulgaria. The teams within the group will play each other on one occasion with the group winners and runner-ups advancing to the second and final stage of qualifying, the Elite Round.
Coach Giannis Goumas announced his 20-man roster for the upcoming qualifiers which begin on November 14th when Greece play a weak Gibraltar side. The players come from 12 different teams with PAOK housing the most representatives with six players. Olympiacos follow with three players while two players play their club football at Panathinaikos. AEK, Xanthi, Atromitos, Levadiakos, and Panetolikos each have one representative. Four players were called up outside of Greece, three from Italy and Antonis Nikopolidis’ son, Giannis, from the United States.

Matchday 2, Nvo 17th: BUL-GIB, GRE-ROU
Matchday 3, Nov 20th: GIB-ROU, BUL-GRE
