The final preparations for the decisive second leg of the Europa League Last 16 tie against Wolverhampton Wanderers are underway. In comparison to the squad registered for the competition in February, head coach Pedro Martins has made two changes, replacing Hillal Soudani and Felipe Bruno with Ahmed Hassan and Cafu.

Unfortunately for Olympiacos, talented goalkeeper Jose Sa will miss the match in England due to a serious injury received at training, but he has still been included in the player list by Martins. It’s unlikely that Sa will recover in time for the subsequent Europa League games if Olympiacos manage to progress to the quarter-finals.

Moreover, as a consequence of receiving a red card in the first game with Wolves in Piraeus, key centre-back Ruben Semedo will also miss Thursday’s match.

Bobby Allain will stand between the Olympiacos sticks in Wolverhampton.

The first leg against Wolves ended 1-1 inside an empty Karaiskakis Stadium on March 12 with Youssef El Arabi scoring Olympiacos’ goal.
