Hazard Set To Miss Greece Qualifier
 

As Greece get set for their crucial 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Bosnia on Friday, there is news coming out this week regarding group favorites Belgium.

Star attacker Eden Hazard has been ruled for up to three months due to an ankle fracture. The injury was serious enough that the Chelsea man needed surgery a few days ago to fix the ankle issue.
 
Hazard picked up the injury in training as Belgium began their preparations to face Estonia on Friday. Not only will Hazard miss that qualifier along with the start of the English Premier League season, but he is likely to miss the qualifier against Greece coming up in early September. .
 
That means Greece could take on Belgium without the Red Devils’ key man. That could be a massive blow to Roberto Martinez’ side in what will likely be a decisive qualifier. There is an expectation that Hazard will return for Belgium’s final Group H matches against Bosnia and Cyprus in October.
