Koulouris shows no signs of slowing down

In-form striker Efthimis Koulouris shows no signs of slowing down as he keeps on finding the back of the net en route to producing one of the best seasons in recent memory by a Greek forward in the Super League.

The forward, on loan to Atromitos from PAOK, has now scored a total of 18 goals in 20 appearances. The young forward can score all kinds of goals - in the air, from distance, from set pieces, tap-ins around the box. He has already tripled the amount of goals he has scored relative to last season where he only found the back of the net on 5 occasions for PAOK.

Koulouris is even contributing to Atromitos’ success in more ways than one, as he already boasts 3 assists to his name (again an improvement from last season). He scored his first hat trick for the Peristeri club in the First Leg of the Greek Cup Round of 16 tie against the struggling Apollon Smyrnis.

Atromitos would be desperate to keep a hold of their star man until the end of the season when his loan expires, as speculation emerged earlier in the month that PAOK may look to recall him to fill the void left by Aleksandar Prijovic.
