Predictably, the Erythrolefkoi have included new signings Jose Sa, Yaya Toure and Matias Nahuel in the player list eligible to participate in the Europa League group stages, but right-back Giannis Masouras and Colombian winger Felipe Pardo have been removed from the European squad. In August, they were in the roster to play Burnley in the playoff round, however they will play no part in the group phase. Striker Dimitris Manos, who stayed in Piraeus after rumours linked him with a loan move to Panionios, also wasn’t handed a spot on the team for the competition.

Iranian forward Karim Ansarifard has been sent out on loan to Nottingham Forest after he fell down in the pecking order behind Miguel Angel Guerrero and Ahmed Hassan. Here is the full Olympiacos squad for the Europa League group stage:

Goalkeepers: Andreas Gianniotis, Jose Sa, Lefteris Choutesiotis.
