Olympiacos on top in Volley League

With the 2019-20 A1 Men’s Volley League regular season halfway complete, Olympiacos are on course to win their third consecutive league title, while Panathinaikos and PAOK are close behind.

With the first nine rounds having been played, Olympiacos are in first place with 23 points. Panathinaikos and PAOK are second and third with 21 points each, followed by Foinikas Syrou with 20 points. Following them are Kifisia (15 points), Iraklis (10 points), OFI (10 points), and Pamvochaikos (8 points).

The bottom two clubs in the league will compete in the relegation play-offs, where one team will be relegated to the A2 Volley League for the 2020-21 season. Currently occupying the bottom two positions in the standings are Elpida Ampelokipon (4 points) and Ethnikos Alexandroupolis (0 points). Regular season play will conclude in late March.
