Olympiacos and Panathinaikos, two clubs which form the country’s fiercest rivalry, are the leaders of all Alpha Ethniki/Super League winning, undefeated and goalscoring streaks in the history of the top division in Greece. Between August 2015 and January 2016, Olympiacos managed to win 17 successive games in the league, the largest amount of consecutive victories. Platanias were the team to eventually halt the incredible winning streak.

Interestingly, Olympiacos have never completed a full domestic campaign unbeaten, but they do still boast the biggest undefeated run of 58 matches from October 1972 to April 1974. Panathinaikos, however, hold the largest scoring run as they found the net in 57 games on the bounce in the 1960s.
