PAS GIANNINA 1-0 DOXA

PAS are motoring. Unbeaten across all competitions this season, the Ioannina outfit continued their promising form with another victory on Sunday, defeating eighth-placed Doxa 1-0 at home to move into first position of the Super League 2.

Sandi Krizman scored the only goal in the 25th minute as he headed a cross beyond the Doxa goalkeeper.

PAS did have some promising chances during the second half, but while the hosts didn’t take advantage of those opportunities, they did not allow Doxa to apply pressure.

APOLLON SMYRNIS 1-2 AE KARAISKAKIS

Apollon Smyrnis, previously undefeated in the league, suffered their first loss of the Super League 2 campaign as Karaiskakis claimed a surprise 2-1 triumph at the Georgios Kamaras Stadium.

Leonidas Kyvelidis handed Karaiskakis the lead in the first lead. In the second, Juan Lerrea did equalised for Apollon, but the visitors went on to score the winner through Stavros Panagiotou.

Apollon Smyrnis are now in second place with 16 points. Karaiskakis, for their part, move up to third position.

PLATANIAS 4-0 AOK KERKYRA

Matters continue to go from bad to worse for Kerkyra. Completely outplayed in Chania, Kerkyra conceded their latest defeat in the championship, as Platanias cruised to a comfortable 4-0 triumph.

Miguel broke the deadlock in first-half stoppage time. In full control of proceedings, Platanias added to their tally in the second frame, as Giannis Loukinas, Miguel and Giorgos Kostikos hit the target.

Platanias occupy fifth spot, while Kerkyra are bottom with -3 points.

APOLLON LARISSA 4-0 APOLLON PONTOU

Apollon Larissa now boast three successive league wins after thrashing lowly Apollon Pontou 4-0 at home.

Mark Sifneos, currently playing on loan from Panathinaikos, got the ball rolling for Apollon Larissa with two first-half goals. Michalis Bastakos and Konstantinos Chatzis - from the penalty spot - added further markers in the second half.

Possessing 14 points from eight games, Apollon Larissa are in fourth place of the standings, but Apollon Pontou are joint last with Kerkyra on -3 points.
