AEK confirmed Rice’s arrival with this following post on Twitter:

Interestingly, Rice has only penned a three-game contract with the Enosi which covers the Final Eight of the 2019/2020 Basketball Champions League, a tournament which was halted in March as a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic. Rice revealed that he will only remain at AEK for the three matches on social media:

It remains to be seen if the 33-year-old American guard does subsequently extend his deal with AEK for the 2020/2021 campaign.

Last season, Rice averaged 10 points, 2.8 assists and 1.1 rebounds with Panathinaikos after moving to the Athenian club from Brose Bamberg. In the past, he has won the EuroLeague, the EuroCup and the Most Valuable Player award of the Basketball Champions League.
