Sloukas named EuroLeague Round 12 MVP

Kostas Sloukas was named the EuroLeague’s Most Valuable Player for Round 12 in the regular season.

Kostas Sloukas put together a fantastic performance with Fenerbahce on Friday evening to lead his side to a narrow 107-102 overtime victory against Alba Berlin in Round 12 of the EuroLeague regular season. The Greek guard recorded a double-double with 23 points, ten assists, three rebounds, one steal, two turnovers, and a 39 Performance Index Rating (PIR).

As a result, he was named the Most Valuable Player for Round 12 of the EuroLeague season, leaving behind Panathinaikos’ Tyrese Rice, who scored a whopping 41 points in the Greens’ overtime defeat of rivals Olympiacos.
