Stefanos Tsitsipas was the most searched person on Google in Greece for 2019, and the only athlete in the top 10 searched people.

The 21-year-old tennis player made headlines throughout the year, winning three titles and finishing the year ranked sixth in the world, and earning wins over the likes of Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, and Rafael Nadal. In 2018, Tsitsipas was the second-most searched person on Greek Google.
