Following last year’s 0:2 and 0:1 losses to CSKA Moscow in the Champions League, Super League winners AEK have refused to be beaten on the continent, reaching the 2017/2018 UEFA Europa League Last 32 without conceding a single defeat in the tournament and registering a battling draw in Glasgow in yesterday’s Champions League third qualifying round tie.
Despite falling behind to an early Callum McGregor goal, the Kitrinomavri struck back with a superb marker from the impressive Viktor Klonaridis, before Konstantinos Galanopoulos was sent off for two yellow cards in the second half.
