Atromitos break 25-year Greek Cup record
Atromitos thrashed Thyella Kamari 0:8 on Wednesday, breaking a 25-year record in the Greek Cup.

Atromitos became the first team in 25 years to score 8 (!) away goals in a Greek Cup fixture after putting eight past Thyella Kamari on Wednesday. The Peristeri side booked their place in the last 16 of the competition in style in what looked like a training session against the newly promoted Gamma Ethniki club.
According to soccerbase, the last team to score eight away goals in the Cup was Iraklis in 1993 in an 1:8 thrashing of Apollon Krias Vrysis.
Atromitos will face Apollon Smyrnis over two legs in the last 16 of the competition.
