Dates for 2019/20 Greek Cup released
The Hellenic Football Federation (EPO) released the dates for the upcoming 2019/20 Greek Cup.

The Greek Cup will undergo a new format this season as announced by the EPO a few weeks back. The removal of the group stages is a major change from previous seasons while the Super League’s clubs will receive a bye until the fifth or sixth round. The competition will include a total of eight rounds plus the final, which will be held at a neutral stadium on May 23.

The EPO released the full schedule of the 2019/20 Greek Cup.
First round, 25-Aug: Includes the winners of the EPS cups.
Second round, 1-Sep: Includes the winners from the first round.
Third round, 14/15-Sep: Includes the winners form the second round plus the 14 teams from the Football League.
Fourth round, 24/25/26-Sep: Includes the winners from the third round plus the 12 teams from the Super League 2.
Fifth round, 29/30/31-Oct and 3/4/5-Dec: Includes the winners from the fourth round plus the eight teams ranked 6th-13th from the 2018/19 Super League, plus the 2019 Football League champion. This round is played over two legs.
Sixth round, 7/8/9-Jan and 14/15/16-Jan: Includes the winners from the fifth round plus the five teams ranked 1st-5th from the 2018/19 Super League. This round is played over two legs.
Seventh round (QFs), 4/5/6-Feb and 11/12/13-Feb: Includes the winners from the sixth round. This round is played over two legs.
Eighth round (SFs), 4/5-Mar and 22/23-Apr: Includes the winners from the seventh round. This round is played over two legs.
Ninth round (Final), 23-May: Includes the winners from the eight round played at a neural stadium that is not the home stadium of either finalist.
The first round draw will take place on August 9th.
