As a part of the #MondayMotivation hashtag, La Liga uploaded a video to their Twitter page reminiscing Greek midfielder Vasilis Tsiartas’ best moments with Sevilla, looking back at his most memorable goals. Tsiartas, a player who was a magician when the ball was dead and fondly known as ‘El Mago’ among Sevilla fans, scored some quite stunning free-kicks during his time in Spain, beating opposing goalkeepers with beautiful strikes. He also rarely missed from the penalty spot, confidently aiming his attempts on target.

Tsiartas spent four years with Sevilla between 1996 and 2000, scoring 43 goals in 139 appearances. The Greek international also represented Naoussa, AEK Athens, Cologne and Ethnikos Piraeus, finishing his career with the latter in 2007. In 70 matches for the Ethniki Omada, Tsiartas scored 12 goals.
