Manolo Jimenez renews contract with AEK until 2018
Manolo Jimenez renewed his contract with AEK and will remain with the club for at least one more season.
After the Greek Cup Final, AEK and Manolo Jimenez agreed to a one year contract extension deal and on Wednesday, Jimenez officially signed his contract renewal with the club. Jimenez will remain at the helm for at least one more season and will look to lead the club not only to domestic glory, but also to a place in the UEFA Champions League group stages.
After completing his new deal, Jimenez stated “I continue my work at a team that has marked my career, just like Sevilla. I have only one wish: For all of us to make the fans of AEk happy and proud of the big team they support.”
Jimenez held his first training session with his players for the new season with high hopes for another good year.
