Mavropanos joins Stuttgart on loan
Konstantinos Mavropanos has joined VfB Stuttgart on loan from Arsenal for the 2020/2021 campaign, the Germans have confirmed.

Stuttgart released this following statement on Thursday:
“VfB Stuttgart have completed the loan signing of 22-year-old Arsenal defender Konstantinos Mavropanos for next season. The 1.94-metre centre-back, who has been under contract with the Gunners since January 2018, will wear the number five shirt at the Mercedes-Benz Arena. A former Greek Under-21 international, Mavropanos made 12 appearances for 1. FC Nürnberg in a loan spell during the second half of last term.

Furthermore, when confirming his loan to Stuttgart, Arsenal revealed that Mavropanos has extended his contract with the London-based organisation. Mavropanos has made eight appearances for the senior Arsenal team since joining from PAS Giannina in January 2018.
In the latter half of the 2019/2020 season, the 22-year-old centre-back impressed with Nuremberg in the second tier of German football, competing in 11 league games.
Stuttgart will play in the Bundesliga next season after earning promotion.
