League play will resume on February 1, following an international break for the European Championships. On that day, first placed Olympiacos will take on last-placed Panathinaikos, as the seven-time defending champions will look to continue their incredible run.

It should be noted that Olympiacos are also currently in first place out of eight teams in their group in the 2019-20 LEN Champions League.
