Olympiacos secure Jenkins deal

Olympiacos have signed a two-year contract with Charles Jenkins, the Piraeus-based organisation confirmed on Monday.

This following statement was released by Olympiacos:

“Olympiacos BC announces the signing of a two-year contract with Charles Jenkins.”

Jenkins, 31, joins Olympiacos after a successful 2019/2020 campaign with Red Star Belgrade. Last season, the experienced American guard averaged 3.4 points, 2.17 rebounds and 1.8 assists in the EuroLeague until the campaign was cancelled as a consequence of the coronavirus crisis.

He also tallied an average of 6.4 points, 1.8 assists and 1.2 rebounds in the ABA League with Red Star. In the past, Jenkins has played for the Golden State Warriors, Philadelphia 76ers, Olimpia Milano and Khimki.
