The Erythrolefki, who were the two-time defending champions, held a narrow 3-2 lead after the first period of play. They then extended this lead to 7-4 by halftime. A dominant third period gave Olympiacos a 12-6 lead, and they ultimately won 18-6 to win their third consecutive (and 21st overall) Greek Cup. This was also Olympiacos’ third Greek Cup won in Chios, as the Erythrolefki also prevailed on the Aegean island in 2003 and in 2018.

Maro Jokovic and Emmanouil Mylonakis led Olympiacos offensively, with three goals each. Jokovic was also named Final-4 MVP, while Emmanouil Zerdevas was named “best goalkeeper” of the Final-4.
