Olympiakos Nicosia hosted Ethnikos Achnas at the Makario Stadio in Nicosia. Olympiakos had to make a change in just the sixth minute as Rafael Acosta was injured, he was replaced by Giorgos Economides. Olympiakos struck first in this one, Dylan Duventru opened the scoring in the 31st minute, scoring past Martin Bogatinov. Duventru bested Bogatinov again in the 43rd minute, and Olympiakos led 2-0 at halftime.

There was more where that came from in the second half. Cypriot international Panayiotis Zachariou made it 3-0 in the 56th minute. Jonathan Ayite capped off the scoring seven minutes later. Petros Ioannou tried to break up the clean sheet, but Pavol Bajza was there to deny him. Olympiakos cruised to a 4-0 win at home to Ethnikos Achnas. It was an important win too. Olympiakos move up in the standings into 10th place, safe from the drop zone. Despite the loss, Ethnikos are still exceeding expectations, they are in sixth place and currently in a playoff spot. Unfortunately, Cytavision who broadcasted this match did not properly post the highlights, and so we do not have highlights available. We apologize for this.

From the Stelios Kyriakidis Stadium in Paphos, it was Pafos FC hosting Enosis Neon Paralimni. There was a lot of two-way traffic in the first half, the first real chance fell to Hovhannes Hambardzumyan, but he hit the crossbar. Instead, it was Pafos that struck first in the 32nd minute, Va crossed in for Bakary Sako, and with a header he beats Boris Klaiman for the opening goal. Pafos took that 1-0 lead into the halftime break.

In the second half, Va looked to add an insurance marker, but Klaiman at full extension saved his free kick. At the other end, Dimitris Theodorou tried to surprise Artur Rudko at the near post, but Rudko wasn’t fooled. Sako nearly doubled his tally, only missing narrowly with another header. Va sent Adam Nemec in on goal by himself, and Klaiman did very well to stop him and keep his side in the match. Things got even harder for Enosis when Dimitris Moulazimis got sent off. However, Pafos would come to rue not scoring a second goal, because Enosis pulled out an equalizer in stoppage time. Mateusz Szczepaniak made a drop pass to Ernest Agyiri, and he found Theodorou in space, and he potted it home. No chance for Rudko, and the shock equalizer meant that Pafos would have to settle for a point in a match they dominated and even had an extra man in, a 1-1 draw between Pafos FC and Enosis. Pafos are in 9th place. As gutsy as Enosis were to get a point, they fall into the drop zone to 11th place.
