The off-the-field issues at Panathinaikos are well known and documented and the effects are seen again this offseason. As all the other 13 teams in the Super League are making additions to strengthen their rosters for the new season, Panathinaikos are the only team in the Greek top flight who have yet to make a single signing this offseason.
PAOK have signed Augusto, Stoch, Michai, Meliopoulos, Zivkovic, and Rodrigo.
Olympiacos have signed Semedo, Bruno, Durmishaj, Cuypers, Valbuena, Siampanis, Soudani, Ba, and Sa signed on a permanent deal.
AEK have signed Simao, Paulinho, Athanasiadis, Deletic, Vranjes, Geraldes.
Aris have signed Ehmann, Duarte, Sundgren, Rose, Ideye.
Atromitos have signed Giakoumakis, Charisis, Vellios, Goutas, Kachila.
Larissa have signed Filipovic, Stankovic, Giakos, Ristic, Michail, Chalkiadakis.
Asteras Tripolis have signed Papanikolaou, Suarez, Borja Fernandez, Louis Fernandez, Regis.
Panionios have signed Kragiopoulos, Papanikolaou, Lymberakis, Kiakos, Chrusciel, Evaggelou, Doumtsios.
OFI have signed Tsilianidis, Mingo, Semedo, Manos, Marinakis, and Ferreira on a permanent deal.
Newly promoted volos have signed Jendrišek, Lyratzis, Balogiannis, Diamantis, Tsaousis, Kornezos, Garavelis, Sarmiento, Joao, Ferari, Karagkiozis, Tsokanis, Augustano Max, and Mystakidis.
Xanthi have signed Karasalidis, Stepanovic, Poleto, Sao Bento, Malezas, and Gargkalatzidis.
Lamia have signed Vellidis, Thuram, and Theodoropoulos.
Panetolikos have signed Jovanovic, signed Duarte on a permanent deal, and are close to signed Knet and Mimito.
