Unsurprisingly, reigning NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo tops the list with 6.7 million followers. In second place is tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas, while third and fourth place go to Giannis’ brothers, Kostas Antetokounmpo and Thanasis Antetokounmpo. Footballers Kostas Manolas and Sokratis Papastathopoulos are tied for fifth place.
In seventh place is track and field athlete Katerina Dalaka, who is the only woman on the list. She is most known for being the winner of Survivor Greece 2019, though she is also a hurdler and sprinter on the Greek national team. Footballers Andreas Samaris and Konstantinos Mavropanos occupy the eighth and ninth spots on the list. Rio 2016 gold medalist Eleftherios Petrounias is in tenth place on the list, and is the only Olympian in the top 10.
In total football has the most representation with four players in the top 10, followed by basketball with three. Gymnastics, track and field, and tennis each have one athlete on the list.
