CYPRIOT SOCCER (FIRST DIVISION): APOEL have turned to two Italians to fill the sporting director and head coaching positions after a shaky start to the 2018/19 season. Domenico Teti will serve as the club’s sporting director while Paolo Tramezzani will sit as APOEL’s manager.
