Which team underperformed at the 2022 World Cup?

Belgium, a favorite among many to win the tournament, finished third in their group and subsequently were sent home from Canada early after only achieving four points after winning only one of their three games. It was a real shock for a group of players who many consider to be among the best in the world.
Brazil

Portugal are another of the teams to have underperformed in Qatar this winter, with the national side having reached a quarterfinal in which they would have felt they should have progressed from.
