Kalamata send AEL packing; Veria defeated by PAS Giannina
Kalamata held on for dear life against AE Larissa to qualify for the Last 16 of the Greek Cup, while PAS Giannina calmly managed to beat Veria.

AEL 1-0 KALAMATA (AGG. 1-3)
Football League side Kalamata, who have five of their last six league matches, protected their aggregate advantage over AEL to progress to the Round of 16 of the competition. Kalamata had won the first leg at home by a large score of 3-0.
In the 51st minute, a converted penalty from Amr Warda gave AEL hope of a comeback, but Kalamata stood firm to incessant pressure from their opponents.
Abiola Dauda had a second goal disallowed for offside in the closing stages of proceedings.
VERIA 1-2 PAS GIANNINA (AGG. 1-3)
Leading 1-0 from the first leg in Ioannina, PAS had the upper hand heading into the second game against Veria, and they duly registered 2-1 victory on the road.
PAS have not lost a single match this season across all tournaments.
In-form striker Giorgos Pamlidis opened the scoring for PAS in the 37th minute, before Dimitris Melikiotis equalised for Veria. Nevertheless, PAS were in control of the tie, finishing the job in stoppage time as Stavros Pilios scored from the spot.
