Super League: Although there is uncertainty as to whether titles will be automatically awarded to those teams currently in first place, should that happen, Olympiacos FC would win the Super League for the first time in three years. This would give the Erythrolefki their 45th league title in club history, by far the most of any Greek football team. Olympiacos and PAOK would then go to the qualifying rounds of the Champions League, while AEK, OFI, and Aris would compete in qualifying for the Europa League (if Panathinaikos’ European ban holds up). Panionios would be relegated, and Panaitolikos would compete in the relegation play-off.

Basket League: In men’s basketball, Panathinaikos would win the league for the fourth straight year, giving them a record 38th title. They would also compete in next year’s Euroleague with Olympiacos. Promitheas Patras would be headed to the Eurocup, and in the FIBA Champions League would be AEK, Peristeri, and Ifaistos Limnou. Seeing historic relegations would be Thessaloniki giants Aris and PAOK.

Volley League: Olympiacos would win the A1 Men’s Volley League, and advance to the CEV Challenge Cup along with PAOK, Panathinaikos, and Foinikas Syrou. Elpida Ampelokipon and Ethnikos Alexandroupolis would be relegated from the league.

A1 Water Polo League: In men’s water polo, Olympiacos would take their eighth consecutive A1 Men’s Water Polo League title, and compete in next year’s LEN Champions League along with Vouliagmeni and Ydraikos. Chios and Panathinaikos would be relegated from A1.

Handball Premier: AEK would win the league title in men’s handball for just the third time in club history. This would send the Kitrinomavri to the European Handball League. Olympiacos, Diomidis Argous, and Aeropos Edessas would compete in next season’s EHF Cup. Aris Nikaias and Filippos Verias would be relegated.

A1 Women’s Basketball League: In women’s basketball, Olympiacos would win their fifth straight league title and advance to compete in Europe. Melissia and PAS Giannina would be relegated out of the first division.

A1 Women’s Volleyball and Water Polo Leagues: Olympiacos would also win their eighth consecutive league title in women’s volleyball, and seventh consecutive in women’s water polo. Both teams would compete in Europe next season, with AO Thiras Santorini and Panathinaikos also doing so in women’s volleyball, as well as Vouliagmeni in women’s water polo. Ilysiakos and Ilioupoli would be relegated from the Greek Women’s Volleyball League, and Panionios’ women’s water polo team would also be relegated.

A1 Women’s Handball League: Finally, PAOK’s women’s handball team would win their second consecutive league title, and third overall. They would advance to the European Handball League, and Nea Ionia, Anagennisi Artas and Veria 2017 would play in next season’s EHF Cup. Lastly, Prosotsani would be relegated.
